I’m all for democracy.  I really am.  But when I see things like this, I feel sad that this person is allowed to vote, and that his vote counts the same as everyone else. 

I guess suggesting that some people should not have the right to vote is pretty harsh.  Can we at least have a simple test that people must pass before they are allowed to use (or contribute to) the internet?  We do it for cars. I wish we could do it for YouTube.

This is outstanding.  I dont understand, and also feel sorry for, people who still use Yahoo Mail and Hotmail.  It’s not even a thing… Gmail and/or Google Apps kills the competition. Zoom

OH MY GOD, THIS EXISTS! Last year we were joking/speculating about a business that allows you to rent pets.  You, know, if you want a dog for a week but don’t want the responsibilities of a real pet owner.  Then I found this. They include a GPS and thermometer that alerts the company if the pet is taken outside a designated area, or outside a safe temperature range.  That’s right… the company assumes that the type of person who rents a pet is the type of person who lacks all responsibly.   Here is the site. For the record, I think this is a horrible thing, but the concept is funny. Zoom
